I have an appallingly bad memory, which leads me to being simultaneously pissed off with someone on one thread, and chatting happily to them on another

Me too so I find it much easier to simply be angry at everyone

sometimes i try to rehearse a name to remind myself if i loathe love them but it never works

I also have a near photographic memory- I cannot forget who said what, it is really, truly annoying. Sadly I cannot remember anything halfway useful

agree with you Maryz - the teen empathy one is a great leveller! I exhale LOUDLY when reading those threads whilst my inner voice screams 'you are not alone!'

I've never been on the teen threads (dd is 1 and a half) but I might take a stroll just to make myself feel better about the tantrums she's been throwing recently!

I have pondered writing a few names in blood on the side of my computer. Usually someone being a git about sn.
But then I get distracted and end up laughing with them on another thread about a skate boarding gerbil or some such.
Shit memory. In an ideal world I would hold a grudge but I lack the committment.

The only eternal shit list I have is the person who wrote unrelenting bollocks about children with sn, then emailed me to apologise but was, almost at the same time, writing another 'they shouldn't be in school with normal kids' type post.

i think us parents of teens (particularly those doing public exams!) should be exempt from ANY criticism
