I dont think any asked their folks. My ds just met them out playing on bikes abd they are all playing out back

I feel like people will think Ive kidnapped their kids.

How old? Check if their parents know where they are. If not, suggest they phone on their mobiles/use your phone, just to be on the safe side.

I would just and speak to them and tell them they need to tell their parents where they are!!

Sounds great.

When mine were younger I always had a house/garden full of children.

Well done, you, for having a friendly, welcoming environment. Some people are horrible to children. They think they shouldn't be bothered by them.

get them to run home quickly and tell their parent's.

dd is 6 and i'd be worried if she disappeared from sight tbh.

Of course YANBU. As long as you and your DS want them and their parents are aware of there whereabouts, enjoy it.
