To wonder why my armpits smell like a ferret died in them

Seriously, my armpits are shocking this morning. I don't tend to get smelly pits/feet, being the fragrant woman that I am but this morning it smells like a skunk has been nesting in my pits :(

I'm getting in the shower in a bit. I've been waiting for a phonecall so haven't been able to get in but the worst thing is, the smell is so terrible that I keep having to have a sly sniff, just because I can't believe it.

DH doesn't smell this bad after a 6km run

Yes, the dead ferret society has visited me this morning too!

I put it down to my nightshirt having got caught up in the wash last time and not washed through properly. Add a warm armpit overnight and - boak!

When I woke up this morning, my bed looked like it had been attacked by a panda. I must have moved around a lot in the night. That's my excuse.

Also slightly peeved that the first person to reply to this thread looks like she farts rose petals

you are turning into an old lady. i dread the day i leave 'old lady' smell in a public loo.

could be something you ate, or hormonal.... there is a meal that my dh's granny makes that has dried limes in it (amongst other unknown ingredients) and you are literally sweating it out for a week! dh dosen't indulge if he knows he has meetings in a confined space...! On another note have you tried driclor from boots? I am quite sweaty in the armpit region you apply 2 or 3 nights in a row and it gets rid of dark wet armpits a treat.....

My armpits don't actually feel sweaty. They just smell it. Eugh. I haven't eaten anything weird/unusual. Well, no more weird or unusual than normal...

Baking soda deodorant. My pits aren't bad but I use it on my feet....
