to think 24 hours is too long to have to wait for PO!

I had a card though my door today saying i missed 2 parcels. Its says I have to wait 24 hours before I can collect it!! surely it doesnt take THAT long to get it back to sort office and put it in a box hole??!

Ours tells us to wait 4 hours.

I had one yesterday that said pick up today. I just assumed the postman was going back to another sorting office.
