You are being most reasonable. Your children, however, will not be. Mine are all 16 + now but there were times I locked myself in and fell asleep on the lav. No harm done but it makes my hair curl to think about it. It doesn't go on forever - just wait until the unsuitable boyfriends begin to turn up!
