I know that they cost more, but surely it is worth the extra to know the bird has had a better standard of living.

expat, aren't you clever?! Don't care if it's cruelty-free or not? You're so cool. What a rebel.

expatinscotland · 08/04/2011 23:24

Or a pepperoni pizza. Yeah! With jalepenos and a side of garlic bread.

Or chicken chow mein, Singapore style.

expatinscotland · 08/04/2011 23:25

I'm pretty clever, yeah, Susie. Hungry, too.

Might go scramble an egg and see if there's any Bernard Matthews bacon in the freezer.

Thingumy · 08/04/2011 23:25

LaWeasel · 08/04/2011 23:26

Susiewho · 08/04/2011 23:27

Enjoy the coronary that will follow in a few years' time, expat!

Night night.

triskaidekaphile · 08/04/2011 23:27

If you have enough disposable income for choosing free range eggs to be a no-brainer you are on seriously dodgy ground telling poorer people what eggs to purchase, IMO. Better to push for more humane egg producing systems.

usualsuspect · 08/04/2011 23:28
