I mean, he can't tie his shoes laces. He can't sort out basic things or set a table.

He always manages to mess up his training awards. Or take ages to complete them until it dawns on him what to do.

Why, pray tell, is he still employed as a special agent?

Oso is incompetent and apart from Christmas only helps American kids, that's not very special either.
Would you trust your child with him, looks like parental neglect on some parts.
And I thought it was a bit cruel to invite a child to your house and only make them eat with chopsticks
