about people who don't read ebay items before bidding/sending me questions?

I'm new to ebay, and I'm very international-postage savvy, I don't live near a Post Office, I have no car and can rarely afford the bus so I only usually get to the Post Office twice a week. Therefore I put on my item's pages that I aim to dispatch within 5 working days, and I set up a postage restriction list to show that I only post to the UK.

I've lost count of how many emails I have had to respond to from bidders asking me how much it would cost for me to post the item to Lithuania/Italy/Australia/Guam/Mars/etc; or from buyers saying they won the item 2 days ago and it hasn't arrived yet........

And one from a buyer who had purchased a pair of USED toddler shoes from me and was emailing to complain that the soles showed that the shoes had been worn.......

Grrrrrr rant over!

YANBU - this annoys me too.

The number of times I have titled something as say "Size 12 ladies jeans" and some one will email asking what size they are.

I once sold a non working mobile phone and got negative feedback coz it didnt work...doh!!

You can set up a block list so that people from certain countries cannot bid. I think it is in the preferences section under your account tab.

Many don't read the listing info before bidding so YANBU to have a rant, I feel your pain! :)

Not on e-bay, but I recently advertised a desk on a classified site. It's big, so I clearly stated the measurements and also wrote "Please note this desk does not come apart. Buyer responsible for collection. Will require MWV"

I have had, not 1, not 2, but 3 people waste my time coming to look at it and either saying "Does it come apart because I need to get it in my 4x4" or "Oh.....I didnt realise how big it is"

FFS [psychotic rage emoticon]
