To let DD walk? more of a WWYD

DD is 20 months she loves walking, I have a 45 minute walk to school (would be longer if DD is walking) but it is on a very steep hill, dd has walked up the hill but not both ways. But as she would really enjoy it I want to let her walk but I am in the early stages of SPD now her walking would also help me but if she cant do it I could only carry her halfway back up at most as it would be painful. Is there any way too much exercize/walking could harm her developing bones/joints? Sorry if this is a very stupid question. So walk or pram?

Pram, but let her walk some of the way on reins.

Walk! Can't imagine it would do her anything other than good. Just make sure you have the pushchair with you though - you don't want to end up carrying her if she gets tired!

why dont you let her walk down the hill and put her in the pushchair up the hill. maybe she will be propelled to walk faster if she walks down!!

I agree with TheVisitor.

Or rollerskates?

I was thinking I cant push pram and let her walk so I was working on pram = no walking, no pram =walking but I could do both if I get the reins out thank you I will give it a try taking the pram Smile
