I heard this first on radio -Radio 4! TBH, I'd expect this to be the "official" version, after all he's trying to be heard as widely as possible I imagine, not just aiming at nightclub DJs.

Not to say some won't sing it with those alternate lyrics ...

Wow. He is one clever dude, getting that kind of language into rap. What incredible work, getting those rhymes and rhythms into politio-economic speak, and handling the drama - looking genuinely earnest, angry and upset - as well!
