VERY antfeminist of me I know, and I know the women on the feminism threads hate it.

But personally, I quite like the odd wolf whistle. Puts a spring in my step Grin

Anyone else or will I be shot down in flames?

Oh, I like them too.

shakey1500 · 24/03/2011 20:44

I don't mind a wolf whistle. It's been a while though :)

ShortArseFuck · 24/03/2011 20:46

I got one today.

And it made my daay

poochela · 24/03/2011 20:47

I secretly quite like it too. I mean, I dont take a bow or anything but it's nice to know you've still got the old magic innit? Wink

TheVisitor · 24/03/2011 20:47

I remember the days...........................

BooyHoo · 24/03/2011 20:49

does it have to be specifically from a builder?

i got one once, and then she hung out of the car door and asked for my number cause she just wanted to 'chat' Hmm

i didn't like it, i was late for work and she was slowing me down. don't think one from a builder would have been any more welcome TBH.

HampstersDontSwim · 24/03/2011 20:50

I quite like it as long as they dont shout stuff with it.

I do draw the line at being called a 'MILF' though ewwwwwww!

Salmotrutta · 24/03/2011 20:58

This was one of my "unpopular" opinions on the thread Grin!

According to boosmummie (who is in Spain?) they do it all the time where she lives. Envy

poochela · 24/03/2011 21:04

I got wolf wistled when I was pregnant once. He must have had a thing for bouncy fun castles cos I was MASSIVE.

TiggyD · 24/03/2011 21:06

I got a few in bath city centre once when I was dressed as a maid. Got a toot from a police car too. It's not just women that get them. Wink

Tee2072 · 24/03/2011 21:07

I enjoy it as well. And I consider my self a feminist.

I'm just a feminist who likes her beauty appreciated by all and sundry.

I'm also very modest. Grin

Shock

i passed a load of builders the other day who ignored me but an old gent wished me a good morning and that made me smile Grin

TondelayoSchwarzkopf · 24/03/2011 21:09

I don't mind a wolf-whistle from a builder. Although at the moment I would settle for a prompt and accurate quote. Smile

In a cominbation of Salmo's and Pooch's last posts, I got propositioned by a white van man in Spain when I was clearly 6 months pregnant. Hmm

mercibucket · 24/03/2011 21:10

yuk

BlackBag · 24/03/2011 21:15

I am a feminist and I like an occasional whistle.

I use to work on site up on the scaffolding and really, really, wished I could let out a really piercing whistle at the suits below.

I don't like comments though...
