To think they shouldn't all be sitting in the pub right now?

DD2 aged 3 wa up all night with a horrible tummy bug...throwing up every half hour and uable to keep any water down.

We got up at 6.00am and she was still bad....throwing up and lying down all morning.

DD2 is off school as there is work going on there today nd DH was on nights...so I had no help last night and feel awful as spent all night hanging sheets and helping DD...DH came in from work at 7.00am and went to bed...he woke up at 1.00 by which time I was shaking with tiredness...and so DD1 and I went for a lie down...I had been doing all the aundry and running around afer DDs all morning.

DD2 and I woke up at 4.00 came down to find DH, DD2 and MIL all sitting around in the messy sitting room...then tey decideto go to shops and offer to get DD1 (still very wek and miserable but at least not being sick) some snacks and lemonade...she's all pleaed and then DH just rang me to say they'e all called in the pub for a frigging drink!

DD2 is asking me where her lemonade is and moaning she wants DD1!

AIBU to think this is wrong?

Changing sheets not hanging sheets!

Space!? I don't want space...I want a year old who is happy to get her blinking lemonade! I only got up and hour ago!

I would be livid. I've just had DD throwing up for 5 days so I know your pain. The thought of DH sitting in the pub when he should be rushing home with supplies.... Grrrr!
The least he could do is bring back the lemonade first.

Why didn't you tell him to come home?

I did tell him! He was like as though I am unreasonable!.

I just rang again and they're on their way.

DH can be an idiot sometimes.
