to tell my neighbours to shut their f'in dogs up

Every morning. 6am. 6.20am. 7am. 8am! They have 4 dogs who they let in the garden which bark for about 10 minutes each time! Its so loud!

Every morning they wake my lo up, I think it makes her jump as she crys every time. Why can't they take them for a walk? There is a field opposite us!! Grr

They are next door but one. By neighbours work nights and just go to bed as they let these horrible animals out!

Contact the council and report them!
It's antisocial behaviour and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it..
Selfish bastards! They should bloody well get up and take the dogs for a walk

I think I will. They go in the garden every hour on the hour in the day and they bark each time, I know dogs bark but its just ridiculous. I don't think they do walk them ever.
