to not know what to do about a speeding ticket?

Sorry not really and AIBU but I'm just looking for a bit of advice as I'm a little worried.

A few weeks ago I possibly set off a speed camera. I say possibly as the camera flashed me but I was going about 35 in a 30 zone, possibly even less, and a car on the opposite side of the road was also passing so it could have been that car that set the camera off.

The problem lies in the fact that I have changed address in the last few months so if I did get a ticket it would have been sent to my old address because I forgot to change with the DVLA. I'm going to change the address tomorrow when I renew my tax, but am worried that if I did get a speeding ticket I will accumulate lots of charges as it may take them a few months to locate where I am. Is this the case? Or will the original amount still apply when they track me to the new address? That is even if it was my speeding ticket, I could be worrying about nothing but Im a worrier by nature!

Thanks for reading
