I thought there was a recession on? Why don't they return calls? What's the problem? Have sent 2 emails, left 3 messages and went there - with an appointment - only to be told that the guy had gone off on an unexpected test drive so I'd have to make another appointment. If this is an indication of their customer service before you've handed over your cash what are they like post-sales? Starting to think I should just fuck him off and look at a different brand.
