I think it's quite funny, actually. Either they're genuinely miffed about something, think everyone is going to agree wholeheartedly, and then find they are sadly deluded, in a minority of one and so slink off somewhere to lick the proverbial wounds. OR... the original post was always meant to be mischievous/trollish, they just want to wind everyone up and never had any intention of replying in the first place.... the internet equivalent of knocking on a door and running off. LOL!
