Well long story short, she can be a domineering, rude, spiteful, sour troll, she's fallen out with the bil before now due to opinionated fallouts, she's perpetually rude to me, she doesn't know when to shut up... I have many atime cried over her nasty narcisistic tendancies....

Well, other night dh does his fortnightly duty of calling her, she lives 5 hrs drive away, don't see her much, I have to badger him to call her, she picks up, from my dh's reactions I would say something serious had happened, perhaps a death, someone's house burnt down... dh is giving it all "whatsoever the matter, are you ok" in genuine deep concern at her 50something hissy crying fit... im thinking, buggers we might have to see her, ha!

All turns out she was in a paddy because both her mother and her mate have told her she's "boast and rude" halleluyah, its not just me then!

Shes deeply upset, it cant be true... can it?! What about all the times shes upset people with her trickles of nastiness!

So, aibu to not disagree to make her feel better, dh didn't either, she was most put out!
