Unless it's a deliberate joke?

Just received my 'new and improved' eBanking access information.

I now I have a new, 8 digit user ID to memorize. I knew my old 8 digit User ID by heart.

I now have a new, 4 digit, password. I had my old, 8 digit password memorized.

I now have a little plastic card with a series of numbers on it. Every time I log in it will ask for one of those numbers. So I have to remember where I put the card and go get it whenever I want to log into my eBanking. Can't be left by the computer or a toddler will remove it to who knows where.

This is Making It Straightforward???

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Can anyone recommend a good bank?
