gapbear · 13/03/2011 20:17

Eloped with mine, I should think Sad

clowntrousers · 13/03/2011 20:19

They are in your DD's bedroom.:o

When our DD went away for week, we found 7 pairs of scissors stashed in various parts of her room.

LaWeasel · 13/03/2011 20:19

Wherever someone was doing arts and craftsy stuff, or in the office. (if you have one)

SpermyShenanigans · 13/03/2011 20:20

Do you have a tin? I have a tin. Or a wanky kitchen basket?

If not, a DD who has taken them and has been cutting up all her best baby dresses that you have tried to save for "projects" Hmm

DH often puts them in odd places. Check the most dangerous place you can think of if you have a toddler.

found 1 pair

the biggest pair

in the bath Hmm - no actually IN the bath and not just in the bathroom (they have about a 5" blade)

1 down, 2 to go

Yup...in with children's craft stuff. They like to hang out near the crayons and glue etc.

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 13/03/2011 20:21

One pair will be in the garage/shed. It's the law.

bellastella · 13/03/2011 20:24

Potato peelers are always in the bin... I'm not sure where scissors go... in the bedroom because you cut a label off some new clothing?

BertieBotts · 13/03/2011 20:26

On a high shelf out of reach of toddlers

FUCKING POST PLEASE

SpermyShenanigans · 13/03/2011 20:26

5 inch blade in the bathroom - why?

Who is that hirsute-advantaged?

BertieBotts · 13/03/2011 20:26

Oh it worked Blush

activate · 13/03/2011 20:27

Earlier today I found mine (lost for over a week) wrapped in several plastic bags in a handbag in my bedroom.

I have no idea why they were there < shrug shoulders emoticon >

I blame my hormones for all my odd ways :)

AfricanExport · 13/03/2011 20:29

Gotta agree - they are gonna be in DD's bedroom - every pair in the house will be in DD's bedroom.....

Hassled · 13/03/2011 20:29

On the floor of the garage. Cast aside, as though they belong with the garden implements you use once a year. Cheers, DH.

SharkSkinThing · 13/03/2011 20:32

All of my 'good' stuff (ie, clean and in good working order), be it pens, scissors, sellotape or even just my bloody flannel, always seems to gravitate towards DP and his gravitational pull.

We have a 7 month old DS. I hope to god he takes after me and my compulsion to just put it back where you found it, please!

SharkSkinThing · 13/03/2011 20:34

Arf arf at Hassled.
