Isn't there a smoking ban in public buildings and work places!

And give the sour-faced little cokehead even more publicity? Not likely. I suppose we're all supposed to go 'Oh Kate, you're such a rebel!' but it's really mindbogglingly dull. Woman smokes in inapproprite place Shock ... go figure.

Hammy02 · 10/03/2011 14:25

It's ironic that the media has leapt on this story, discussing whether it is making smoking 'cool'. If the media wasn't discussing it, no-one would know about it. (apart from a couple of hundred people that were actually at the catwalk show).

fair point, strike this thread now!

Maybe I'm on my own here but I do actually think that Kate Moss is cool.

MoonGirl1981 · 10/03/2011 14:59

Uuuccckkkk! Kate Moss is vile anyway!

Would it kill her to have a bath and wash her hair once in a while.

When she was with Johnny Depp she was absolutely stunning, now she's just a mess.

VajazzHands · 10/03/2011 15:05

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe is being unreasonable

FabbyChic · 10/03/2011 15:09

Im more offended by her cellulite.

winnybella · 10/03/2011 15:11

Well, it happened in Paris. There's a smoking ban here, but it's not so religously observed as it is in the UK. Doubt police will bother with it, tbh.

Who cares, anyway? Big deal.

minipie · 10/03/2011 15:11

It won't have been her idea, will have been the fashion house she was modelling for.

I'm much more bothered about the emaciated models than I am about one of them smoking, TBH.

winnybella · 10/03/2011 15:12

as religiously

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe2726 · 10/03/2011 15:13

VajazzHands... Probably. Blush

I rate her because she was at the top of the tree, spectacularly fell from grace, lost lots of contracts and work.... and she's still in the business, making it happen for herself. Whilst I don't condone the drugs, she's a good example of a tenacious woman. I certainly wouldn't be promoting her bad behaviour as a role model. Am I still unreasonable?

GastonTheLadybird · 10/03/2011 15:15

I think Kate Moss is cool too! Well I lover her style and think she is gorgeous.

Oh and regardless of bans you can smoke on stage as long as it is part of a performance which arguably a catwalk show is.

VajazzHands · 10/03/2011 15:21

Yeah sorry YA(still)BU, nearly had me though! Grin

VajazzHands · 10/03/2011 15:22

Is that true Gaston? i'd have thought performers use fake ciggarettes?

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe2726 · 10/03/2011 15:28

Vajazz... Drat! Must try harder... Grin

Actually... it won't work - I also thought Amy Winehouse was cool because she was such a fantastic singer, in spite of her drug problems and annoying attachment to whatever his name was, but she's faded from the scene now it seems.

This sounds very unreasonable (I say it myself), but I'm much more tolerant of bad behaviour from truly talented people. Jordan and Kerry Katona and that ilk are just laughable to me because they have no talent (IMO).

Indeed, 'artistic integrity' they could probably just about get away with it in this scenario.

VajazzHands · 10/03/2011 15:36

well artistic maybe.. integrity not so sure! Never knew that though

MikeStand · 10/03/2011 16:41

she appears to be morphing into Gillian Taylforth
