to be livid about Court of Appeal / Asylum Seeker

Sorry if this has already been discussed on MN however I've just watched this story on the news and am so livid that this bloody FAILED Asylum Seeker has not been sent packing from this country. And furthermore since the death of the young girl and despite being banned from driving he shows no remorse and has since been found behind the wheel again.
Can anyone explain the fairness with this decision, am I missing something here? What happened to the Human Rights of the family of the girl that was killed?

Isn't it because he has children here which he had after the initial accident? I personally find it really distasteful and a bitter pill to swallow that whilst he ponces off the state some poor girl lies dead because he murdered her.

Nothing could make the suffering less for the family involved however I'm sure they feel that without this guy in the country it may stop a similar incident happening to another innocent person. After all, this guy, whilst still banned from driving was found once again behind the wheel of a car. He has also been done for drugs, burglary and theft. The guy clearly has no respect for the law over here. We have enough home grown scum who fail to respect the law, we don't need any more.
