It's about whether we want certain laws to be passable by the Welsh assembly government without needing the rubber stamp
from Westminster. Ie more law making powers than the Assembly already has.

Do you want the Welsh Assembly to have more powers or not. Simples. Look online for the crap interesting debate.

I'm voting today. It's basically a yes/no referendum, do you want the Welsh Assembly to have more powers/control (they cannot control benefits of tax etc) but can have a say in education and where their budget goes (more likely on Welsh medium schools )
