What? I must admit to never having had a pedicure (not manicure for that matter), but I've seen an advert on the telly for some sort of grater that takes hard skin off.

They chuck it out of the (first floor) window.

She does check that the hairdressers downstairs aren't standing outside having a cigarette break though.
