To think I may have had a miscarriage?

I've namechanged as my mother and MIL are both on here.

I had thought that I might be pregnant by a few weeks, DH and I weren't exactly trying, but weren't exactly not trying either. Putting it this way - it would have been a very happy accident.

I had an extremely light period three weeks ago... 1 day of hardly anything, and my breasts were swollen and I felt some slight period pains until yesterday (so for three weeks) which I remember from my first.

I didn't take a test because I don't smoke / haven't been drinking etc... And the first time round I found out straight away and the wait until the scan was torture so I was tentatively keeping an eye on it with an eye to testing when my period is due in 5 days time.

This morning I was shopping and had such a sharp pain in my... I want to almost say pelvic bone and bumcheek :s it was so bad I had to lean on the counter in the shop I was in and wait there for about ten minutes.

I came home and have felt awful all day... So incredibly tired, periody pains and just freezing cold... Even though DH assures me it's boiling in here and DD feels warm to the touch.

I went to the bathroom an hour ago and I'm really bleeding. I know I'm not due for 5 days but can it just come early?

Is it just silly to think this? If it had happened would I be sure?

What should I do??

I'm so sorry. Make sure you keep wearing pads anyway. Why not make an appt for the docs this morning?

Any news? How are you feeling?
