Such a shame how many people were put off it by the title. Tsk at the producers.

I think I read somewhere that they went through a 1000 other titles and then came to 'The Good Wife' which is what they started with.

It is good telly though.

Gleekfreak · 01/03/2011 21:40

Think it is maybe ironic? And bloody good telly! :)

GotArt · 01/03/2011 21:42

The name of the show is the reason I've never watched it, like it implied she.. I don't know where to begin. I've never watched it. Is it a good show?

beeny · 01/03/2011 21:42

I like to sing it to the tune of 'The Good Life' Grin

It reminds me of the title given to women in The Crucible - perhaps it is a reference to this

Browncoats · 01/03/2011 22:01

I know! It's a terrible title. The programme itself is outstanding though. Julianna Marquelle (sp?)

Mermaidspam · 01/03/2011 22:07

That's the point! It's ironic.

SpeedyGonzalez · 01/03/2011 23:08

Is it really ironic? Oh dear I must have been more tired than I realised for a very long time...
