AIBU to think that these parents should be flogged?

DH and I were seated in a pub this afternoon trying to watch the match in peace when some more people came in with children

Worse than that, the mother was visibly pregnant

Now I was prepared to forgive this gross breach of common decency when the following things occurred:

(i) Strawberry laces were brought out and given to the children!

(ii) Lemonade was ordered for said children.

(iii) They were then given Onion Rings!

Now call me a judgy wanker old-fashioned but is this sort of thing acceptable, really? What on earth is wrong with a bit of Nice Ham and pom bears to follow?

I despair, I really do.

I think the pub chain should be sued and disbanded for allowing such a travesty. These parents are clearly wankers.
