He has known I had booked to see Sarah Millican since Christmas day (part of his Christmas gift) he now informs me that he has booked to work it

*he doesn't have to but has booked to do a double shift instead of his normal 1

I ask because we now do this in order to keep track of everybody's booked committments.

The diary is a "week to view", and lives in the kitchen.

Absolutely everything is written in there and it is reviewed before anyone plans anything.

It is a big help.

Of course you're not, it wouldn't even cross my mind not to go and for what it's worth as he's the one that double-booked he should find the babysitter.
