few days ago I got my items from ebay - 2 sleepsuits for my DD
one has hole in it, and even after wash, both of them stinks!!!

AIBU to not want to pay for the postage again?
I do not want to return them, but why she didnt mention they were in storage for years????

Urggh. Some people take the piss. I have a hierarchy of old baby clothes - pristine or near, fit for eBay/selling; well used but perfectly fine, to be given away; holey stained crap, fit for nothing but the ragbag. I would have put yours into the second or third catagory.

It's not worth sending it back for a couple of quid though.

Have you contacted the seller? I have been in a similar situation, and the seller couldn't be bother to have them back to resell, so just refunded me the lot and that was the end of it. Contact them.

yes, I have.
she said that she didnt know about the hole, the stains nor the smell of it and she is happy to give me a refund. well fair, enough but Id lost them few quids and it's not the point really. the point is, why she would mislead buyers by giving the wrong description????????

You can raise a dispute through Ebay or paypal as item is not described and will receive a full refund without sending the items back
