Rant Alert!
When I returned from maternity leave I requested to go part time. This request was granted.
Have just discovered that most of my co-workers and specifically other mothers who returned from maternity leave and kept full time hours are slagging me off behind my back! Who does she think she is? We are all picking up the work she doesn't do? etc.
Well for a start no-one is having to do any extra work as I am the only one in the office who can do my job so the thought they are doing my work is laughable. I can only imagine they are jelous in which case they should have asked for part-time themselves if you don't ask you don't get!
