Yes, I thought it was as well... it's a very odd looking cup of tea, I would prefer a saucer with it and perhaps a pale blue or pale pink toile de jouy sort of pattern... AIBU?

yy, it does, it's the MN logo in tiny, this was all discussed as soon as the came out, a few days ago or whenever.

It being a mug is as a sop to those who don't drink TEA but who might prefer coffee or (in my case) hot chocolate, so is better than the cup'n'saucer first effort; although as I keep saying (into the void) one doesn't brew hot chocolate so it's still exclusionist. [grr]
