The swine! Grin

Have another Wine

BiscuitBob · 18/02/2011 23:17

I certainly will, cheers Wine

You would think he'd respect my right to a relaxing Friday evening on MN. Ah well, he's had enough of eating my fingers and is off to attack the curtains now. Whoever said cats are relaxing has obviously never met my little monster darling.

Cats are bastards.

They park their catty arses on your keyboard.

Then they sneer at you out of their yellow catty eyes

FoundWanting · 19/02/2011 07:30

Ours has just bitten my nose to wake me up.

I hate her.

Everyone else is still asleep.

bentneckwine1 · 19/02/2011 14:20

The other night around 3am I awoke with a start to the most loud noise...banging and high pitched squealing.

I thought someone was breaking into the house or that the boiler was exploding!

Sneaked downstairs to discover neither of these were happening...couldn't work out where the noise was coming from....in and out every room.

Eventually discovered the STUPID cat inside the bath panel!! No idea how he got there...but was stuck and throwing himself against the hard plastic and wailing for help!!

I had to remove the panel in my half asleep state and rescue the STUPID cat...who scratched me and looked at me in utter disgust as if somehow it was ALL my fault!

QOD · 19/02/2011 14:26

QOD No Idea! Confused

Although have spotted him back in the bathroom again sitting on the corner of the bath...so maybe he managed to work it loose enough to fall into and then the panel clicked back into place?!

The noise was incredible - I really thought it might be the boiler banging before blowing up!

QOD · 19/02/2011 16:50

Thats brilliant!
Our hamster once escaped, we didn't know it had, and there was scrabbling in the wall in our bedroom. Check hammy cage..... no hamster.
One hole sawn into plasterboard later.....1 hungry and dehydrated hammy!
Actually once I woke up and saw him sitting on the lid of the loo! (in my line of sight down the hall)
But the cat? inside the bath panel? hilarious!

bentneckwine1 · 19/02/2011 18:15

LOL qod DS said I should have filmed it for youtube or you've been framed.

We had a hamster - pre cat. Was sitting outside in the garden one evening enjoying quite a few glassed of wine.

My friend says 'is it the wine or did your hamster just walk across the kitchen window?'
The cage was in the living room so hammie had escaped and made it up onto the window ledge in the kitchen!!

beingsetup · 19/02/2011 19:05

Are you sharing nicely? I'm sure if the kitty could just have a taste s/he would find out s/he didn't like it and leave you alone but it's only polite to offer....
