... that taking a dress and turning it into a skirt or whatever is not "fashion forward" but just a complete faff. If you want to buy a skirt, but a skirt. Don't buy a dress or a top or whatever and pay a streamstress (or bloke equivalent - seamster?) to turn it into a skirt because it will:
a) be too expensive
b) a bit shite looking.

Yup. Want a skirt? Buy one. Life's too short to sew braiding on a jacket. It's easier to wear a tracksuit or pyjamas all day. With food dribbled down your front. But then I have a young baby.

i agree, dont have time to be adding extras. Like ilove i have a baby so have hardly anytime to do hair let alone rejig my top/dress/skirt. But i do love gok and would like to get his advice on how to dress
