Finally tying the knot have hotel booked?but

Its for 30,a teatime civil ceremony then a sit down meal drinks,bubbly then out in evening into a private garden.

What can we do after?as pil have offered to take kids home and we are going on honeymoon next day.

We would like to invite all those ,should we invite others to the evening for drinks?,thing is I can not find anywhere in Southampton,was thinking of a pub.

I wouldn't do anything else. By the time you have a sit down meal and drinks, it will already be quite late. I think I'd just want to go to a nice hotel with my new DH and shag.

I think weddings go on too long anyway. Nothing to stop guests going out after if they want. I wouldn't invite people in the evening who weren't invited to the meal, because you don't know how long the meal will go on for and you don't want extra people turning up when you are still eating.
