So far this week I have lost in the house(which is tiny)
A phone charger
Three lids to dd2's bottles
A yellow lion
dd2's friendship necklace
My mind looking for the above.

Ahhhh I thought we had a black hole in ours, but maybe its the Borrowers, mmmmmm.

reinitindear · 11/02/2011 23:18

Either that or very enterprising mice with a black market in human objectsSmile

Nahhh. It's the house piskies.

Just ask very loudly (and very politley) for the offending item to be returned. It will appear in a place you have searched at least twice.

My Mum swears by this (so it must be true!)

MsKLo · 11/02/2011 23:24

It's the kids
They take things and give them to the little people

Salmotrutta · 11/02/2011 23:24

Oh! I have Borrowers in my classroom.
They do exist - it's a fact.
They use my staples to make ....stuff... and steal my pencils.
Either they really exist ..... or I am utterly disorganised. And clearly I am not disorganised Grin

purveyor I might just try that I have moved furniture looking for the lion as obviously it would be dd2's sleep aid!And several times I have said to Mum when she visits "I have lost so and so" and she will look somewhere I have already checked and find the offending article, it might be a Grandma thing Smile

YANBU! Or perhaps you, or certain others in your home do too much tidying up?

reinitindear · 11/02/2011 23:39
