I actually hate him.

ciao, a la prossima, e penso que il Daily Mail e anche disponible in Italia, e che Belusconi legge il Daily Mail ogni giorno.

nellynaemates · 11/02/2011 22:11

Tell me dobiegirl, why oh why should we have faith? I don't see any reason to have faith.

magicmummy1 · 11/02/2011 22:12

The c-word? Are you talking about Cameron or Clegg?

dobiegirl · 11/02/2011 22:14

Well the NHS survived Liebour didn't it?, the machine is bigger than the coggs as they say!!!

claig · 11/02/2011 22:14

mi dispiace, che non que

dobiegirl · 11/02/2011 22:15

Can anyone translate? Grin

nellynaemates · 11/02/2011 22:15

Labour did a lot of shit stuff dobiegirl, but I think the NHS stuff was fairly positive. I am willing to be convinced otherwise but I don't think that was where Labour's problems were.

harpsichordcarrier · 11/02/2011 22:16

I hate him because of his actions, his decisions, his callous disregard for the least powerful, his stupid and wrong-headed decisions which are calculated to do so much terrible irreparable harm to the country that I love very much.
I think that is perfectly logical and I stand by the word 'hate' - it's justifiable and logical.

I agree harpiscord. Who are these pious people who believe you can only hate those you personally know? By hating the actions of somebody, which are driven by their deep-seated ideological beliefs rather than being misguided or ill-informed, it follows that you hate them.

8rubberduckies · 11/02/2011 22:25

As hockeyforjockeys and harpsichord said.

Soso24 · 11/02/2011 22:25

I dislike DC and his Crew. DC is arrogant and he is making the life of middle earners hell. He does not seem to care about the effects of his plans.

dobiegirl · 11/02/2011 22:26

I disagree, I am not pious however you cannot possibly hate a 'politician' - perhaps, perhaps a mass murderer, but not a 'politician', no matter how you tart up your words, that is just absurd!!!

dobiegirl · 11/02/2011 22:27

Well hockey, pray tell us what his deep-seated ideological beliefs are seen as though you know of them and of the man so well? Am waited with ears atuned!

8rubberduckies · 11/02/2011 22:29

FFS dobie- posters hate what DC is a figurehead for. Aside from that, they also hate his yucky face / voice / features / general countenance / ham head, in the same way as you might "hate" Marmite or branflakes, or crocs.

dobiegirl · 11/02/2011 22:30

The second coming - our hospital built by labour on 10 years interest free credit, funded a load of cowboys to build a shit hole, they made sure that the next government would be in power before payments would have to be made!! they were not stupid you know! they knew they were going to be voted out!!!

nellynaemates · 11/02/2011 22:30

I think what hockey was saying that if you hate someone's actions then you can hate the person because their actions led on from their deep-seated personal beliefs (or if not from an extreme weakness or deficit which led them to act in a way which you disagree with IMO). She wasn't claiming to KNOW his deep-seated ideological beliefs.

dobiegirl · 11/02/2011 22:31

Please tell me what is DC a figurehead for?

georgeorwell · 11/02/2011 22:31

claig sei per davvero?? comunque cameron è uno stronzo e basta. dobiegirl you are quite possibly deranged.

claig · 11/02/2011 22:31

dobiegirl, it is hard for us to understand hatred, because us conservatives hate no one. But socialists really do hate people, they hate Thatcher and they hate many conservatives. Whoever called the Conservative Party the nasty party should have looked at another party.

harpsichordcarrier · 11/02/2011 22:32

politicians can do a GREAT DEAL of harm/good
They hold a lot of power to damage or build.
WHY would having strong emotions about them be ABSURD?

8rubberduckies · 11/02/2011 22:32

The party he leads perhaps? Hmm

nellynaemates · 11/02/2011 22:33

On another note, thinking of a thread I read on pedants' corner, should it actually be deep-seeded?

georgeorwell · 11/02/2011 22:33

didnt know there were any socialists left in uk.if only..

claig · 11/02/2011 22:35

Cameron non e stronzo, e veramente santo.
