I have let my 17 mo have McDonalds chicken nuggets on three occasions? The other day I also let her sip a bit of my pepsi! She spat it straight out. I have also let her try chocolate, blackcurrant juice and chips from the chippy! Oh and she loves the occasional slice of black pudding!

notremotelyintofootie · 10/02/2011 16:56

My 14 month old loves greggs sausage rolls! She needs to put on weight though... Grin

emy72 · 10/02/2011 17:03

Gosh my 16 month old (4th non precious born!) has had all of that and more - chocolate, cakes, crisps, nuggets, fish and chips from the chippy, the lot.

She eats what everyone else eats, and that means good things and not so good things - I have never given it a second thought.....

TattyDevine · 10/02/2011 17:05

I had pneumonia in January and my kids have had more Toy Story / ready meals / hot cross buns for dinner / wet wipe baths than I care to admit...

HeathcliffMoorland · 10/02/2011 17:06

You sound like a good, well balanced mother!

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 10/02/2011 17:08

Can you still get Sunny D - if so, do make sure she has a good few gallons of that over the next few months.

coatgate · 10/02/2011 17:08

When my DD was 18months old I drove her 200 miles to have a single measles injection, but gave her some diet coke in an Anyway Up Cup in the back of the car. The lid blew off! One very surprised child! I do limit her coke intake these days though.......

BadRoly · 10/02/2011 17:09

I am taking my 4 to McD's tonight because neither dh or I can be arsed to cook. The little one has been dragged along and fed bits from the others since he started weaning.

Or what emy72 said except my No4 is 20mths ;)

BlardyKnackered · 10/02/2011 17:10

What is wrong with a wet wipe bath?
[oh shit]

peeriebear · 10/02/2011 17:14

DD2 has been watching TV since we came home around noon. Cbeebies, DVDs, CITV. Oh well she will live through it.
And Greggs sausage rolls are really nice! She had one of those today too, and dropped some pastry right in the grand entrance of DH's bank (very posho old building like the one in mary poppins).

wayoftheworld · 10/02/2011 17:14

No need to beat yourself up OP!! Your kids will do that for you when they grow up! Smile

StarlightPrincess · 10/02/2011 17:21

Oh my god, you are a disgrace. Your daughter needs taking into care right away! Grin
