the ol back is bad (i may have mentioned it onc or twice). it was bettter this morning so got up and pottered a bit but now it is horrible again so have taken to my bed.

DH is home from work. shouted up hello. and that was it. 2 hours later i think he's gone out again.

no cup of tea. no sympathy. no soothing.

he's great if asked to do something but i feel all demanding and naggy if i keep calling down.
