AIBU to think that 2006 to 2011 is ample time for British Gas to sort out a query??

Grrrr!! Converted a building in 2006 into flats, removed original meter and replaced with separate meters for each flat. Still getting estimated bills for original meter and now debt collection letters from an agency. Have given British Gas the information for the new (2006) meters & readings etc sooo many times. BG seem unable / unwilling to sort out. Angry

If I get a bad credit rating because of this I think I will explode!!

YANBU!

BG were on Radio 4 recently, several times although I only heard one program, wit similar problems. I suggest you find the program (on at lunch time) and contact them.

Citizens Advice Bureau? Sometimes having a formal side to your argument can make them move quicker. YANBU.

British gas are a fucking joke when it comes to sorting problems out.

It took them from 2003 until early 2009 to sort an issue I had with them. An issue that was their fault anyway Angry

they changed my meter and wouldn't accept readings.......didn't matter how many times i gave them the new meter number, made no difference. Took about 2 years.
threatened to stop all direct debits in the end and move (if you move supplier they have to verify all readings etc) That did it!
