to expect my P & T Buggy to last better

I got a P & T buggy April last year when I had my second son.
I use it and need it every day... absolutely fab(even though it doesn't handle as well as my M & P 03 Sport)

Here's the but

there is mesh fabric next to the childs bum in the upper part of the tandem and it's unravelled. As far as I can see it's had a click (like in a pair or tights) and it's unravelled as in split, as in hole... not even the integrity of a ladder in a pair of tights.

So took it back to shop I got it from being sent off as it is under warrantee.
and P & T have said customer miss use £70 please to sort

OH I am sooooooooooooooooo angry
a. i have not miss used my buggy
b. it's not bloody cheap
c. I expected it to wear better

There is a complaint now with the head office of the store grrrrrrrrrrr more tomorrow

Mine has fallen to bits. They are a fantastic design, but really crap quality.

Like everything that started off manufactured well and ended up in China, it's now crap.
