OP, YANBU. I had the misfortune to sit opposite (or at least in sightline) of a Thai mum at a babies group. She always had a very short skirt and either thong or au naturel. Very unsavoury first thing in the morning.

Just the thought of a short skirt and no tights in February makes me shudder, let alone all the stuff you've described, OP
