I was when my DP said, "i saw something about Madame Butterfly today, it looks amazing" i said i didnt think he would like that sort of thing. We aren't very cultured in our house so i was surprised. Anyway, he was surmising about the cost of tickets and thought they would be unaffordable. Well, they ain't cheap i can tell you - but i think we could afford it for a one off. At this point getting quite excited, i have always wanted to see something like this. Not something that DP would necc have known. But childcare is an issue due to timing and distance etc.

But my DP has the perfect solution, he actually meant, due to costs, childcare etc that he would just go on his own as he is working in london anyway
