in my bedroom, on my bed. They are 3 and 20mths. I have morning (all day sickness) and the 20mth old wants me to keep zipping and unzipping a bag for him and screeching at me to do so and the 3 year old is swinging from my neck and jumping on the sofa next to me. Got to go to the supermarket soon too - argghh. The little one is coming I can hear him - mummmeeeee wherdyougo.

Try to stretch it to 20 minutes if you can...

hidinginthecupboard · 04/02/2011 15:34

Not at all U - clever you for finding somewhere comfortable to hide. My hiding place generally has chocolate in it though so has its perks.

AgentZigzag · 04/02/2011 15:34

You are not BU in the slightest Grin

The shouting about when you're tired and feeling sick must go right through you.

hatwoman · 04/02/2011 15:35

blimey. I still hide from my kids. they're 10 and 8 and I don;t have morning sickness.

DrSeuss · 04/02/2011 15:39

Only 15 minutes? Qua;ifies for Supermum round my house!

kitkey · 04/02/2011 15:40

Continue hiding, and do an on-line shop! :o

kitkey · 04/02/2011 15:48

Good idea about online shop but am desperate for stuff today. Crept down - big boy must have climbed on work top as both got jam tart each and watching tv. Going to do something with my hair and face before tackling the shop.

Ooh, how nice. I'm 39.5 wks pregnant and have just tried to hide from my DDs (just 4 and 2.5), no hiding was allowed unfortunately but they did rampage play nicelyish while I dozed under the duvet! Stretch it for as long as you are able.

psiloveyou · 04/02/2011 16:06

Come and join me. I'm in the dining room. Two in the living room, two in a bedroom one due home in 20 minutes. I've made a latte and hoping no one will find me until I have to answer door to number 5.

Stretch it out for as long as you can I say.

LibraPoppyGirl · 04/02/2011 16:08

Stay in hiding as long as you can. Not only will it do you the world of good, it will do them some good too. Good luck Smile

Ragwort · 04/02/2011 16:08

That reminds me of the time my friend and I shut ourselves in our playroom (compete with safety gate across the door) - allowed the children to rampage around the house and poured ourselves a large glass of wine each - it was about 4.30pm - unfortunately it was the day DH decided to arrive home early Grin !!!

MadameCastafiore · 04/02/2011 16:14

Don't blame you - I am hiding from my weird window cleaner!

Have to go and collect boys from football in a minute though and trying to think if I can get out of the front of the house and jump oin the car dukes of hazzard stylee before he catches me.

containher · 04/02/2011 16:21

I used to regularly hide in the toilet- " just popping to the loo children- be good" and appear 20 minutes later. I lock myself in the conservatory to make phone calls, but i guess this isn't strictly hiding, as they can see me, they just can't get to me and I can't hear them!

verytellytubby · 04/02/2011 16:42

I'm hiding in the kitchen.

If I didn't have extra kids for tea, I'd open the wine. My twins are being vile brats.

AgentZigzag · 04/02/2011 16:54

Ooooo tell us more about weirdy window cleaner MadameC...
