when we moved into our new house our massive beautiful sofa wouldnt fit in so we are using my mothers art deco two seater. its ok but there is four of us so inevitably one of us ends up sitting on the floor. im trying to find a bean bag for each of my children to sit on (im quite small so i could probebly sit on it myself). I know i could sew one but im feeling lazy and have enough to do with sewing pillow cases and bedding for my little ones.

Any ideas? thanks

Bean Bag Bazar is great when you catch the sale.

We bouhgt the gaming chari which you can use indoor and outdoor. It has stood up very well to a lot of abuse!

not1not2 · 04/02/2011 12:21

why is this on AIBU?

Just asking because I posted this ages ago in the 'right' section (whatever that is) and only got 1 reply Grin

so thanks for the ideas

The Range is a good place for bean bags. I bought one for dc there.

I also, over time, realised a great truth about bean bags - they need refilling from time to time cos the polystyrene beads go flat.

Now probably everyone in the world but me knew thisBlush. I couldn't for the life of me fathom why ours went flat after a few months. Then I recalled seeing bags of refill beans in the Range where they sold the bean bags. Light bulb moment followed..Grin So make sure you get a refillable one.

I've seen them in John Lewis.

meantosay · 04/02/2011 12:33

I too am puzzled as to why this is in AIBU.???

mamadiva · 04/02/2011 12:38

I think it's in AIBU because atleast half of MN is now completely ignored... or so I'v enoticed :)

FWIW I was going to say Dunhelm or Argos but they've already been said.
