We do have the phrase 'harden the fuck up' in our house. DD is often given that advice when she's being particularly peely wally.

My dh did a bit of rugby coaching and one of his team members took the under 10s.

If they were messing about he would throw 'shut the fuck up and listen' into the mix. They would stop in their tracks like this ...worked every time.

They loved him. And would fight to be in his group. Dh was v dull in comparison.
