I have seen so many threads on here about someone notcing something someone else has said about someone else on facebook.

I don't use it (makes me too accessible to my weirdo family) but i do wonder whether it has done more hamr than good.

it seems no one talks or phones anymore.

I recently missed news of a freinds pregnancy because she anounced it over facebook. she just assumed everyone would have seen it so didn't bother telling anyone out in the real world.
Family get togethers are all arranged over facebook.

I would go so far as to say that i reckon a fair few marriages have collapsed due to it.

I think we should do a survey.

Now I'm discovering the benefits of making DH join FB. I've just checked on his News Feed what he can and cannot see from me. He cannot see the types of posts I mentioned earlier - hooray! I have my privacy settings as tight as they can get, but I still don't quite understand how the News Feed works in terms of what people can and can't see. But at least now I can check and remove as required.
