my dp and i work with another couple who have a LO who is 11months. i used to be quite close with the girl before the kids were born (my LO is 6months) but have grown apart since i went on maternity leave.
recently my dp was told by a few colleagues that this couple are dealing drugs (not in a gossip way in a "i bought such and such from them" way). i know that they used to smoke weed before the baby came and a few things have been said by them where i've thought "thats not right" but nothing huge.
since hearing bout this drugs thing though i thought i would meet Her and tell what had been said. And she admitted it. she said they only do it when the LO is in bed and they dont touch anything but weed. i'm genuinely shocked, especially because she seems to think its acceptable, and because they are "broke" its necessary. (i know they are far from broke because they earn more than us and she is claiming benefits as a single parent, despite her boyfriend living with her, but thats not the point its imo disgraceful)
i definitely should shouldnt i? there will be repercussions for me, and my family if/when they realise it was me who reported, but i cant help think its the right thing to do? who do contact?
