i like the advert but am i wrong to then shop else where with these ideas

Using the shopping list they provide, one of the meals, allows 3oz mince per person, BEFORE cooking....(Didn't rationing finish 50 years ago?)

A portion of red meat is the same size as the palm of your hand. I couldn't fit more than 3oz of mince in the palm of my hand, and at 5f7 not small/petite. So a portion size size has been used - -I guess most of us are used to eating large portions
