How can you call yourself a meat-eater?

How can you call yourself a 'Meat-Eater', if you don't eat every type of meat? It'a bit much when you cater for carnivores and they tell you 'I don't eat red meat' or 'I don't eat veal out of principle'
My BIL is an offender, he doesn't eat Pork, just because he doesn't like the taste !!! What is that all about?
You either like meat or you don't. My DM doesn't eat Spam, because she thinks it's common...

I am better than all of them because I like all types of meat, and that in turn gives me the right to judge whether they are a 'proper' meat eater or not.
So please - don't make the mistake of calling yourself a meat-eater if you wouldn't wolf down one of those slices of -arsehole/eyehole/earhole mush- luncheon meat shaped like teddies or cartoon characters.

I only eat chicken breast or pork. Ever. My midwife hated me for it.

I call myself a vegetarian- just in case someone decides to plonk a lump of REAL meat on my plate. No principles involved here!

I only like processed reformed meat, ie- Smoked bacon, Wafer thin turkey ham, chicken burgers, pork crackling/scratchings. So I piss off vegetarians ( as i'm not one) and I piss off Carnivores ( as I sort of eat meat- but don't)
