Just wondered am I being unreasonable to think couples should continue snogging even after the honeymoon period or is it normal in a relationship for the snogs to turns to pecks?

Snogs generally turn to pecks after kids arrive and you just don't have the time to snog anymore. That, and the chronic resentment you end up feeling when your better half refuses to help out in the house

I snog all the time. LOVE It, I have a Dh of 6 year. Snogging is the key to intimacy

I have never really liked it. I remember my first kiss i just laughed ( that wasn't a great reaction as it turns out). Now if we get time to ourselves we just have to get down to business before one of the kids wakes u anyway.

There is nothing like a good snog and it's not unreasonable to think couples should continue to snog after the honeymoon period.

But in reality snogging usually only happens during sex and that doesn't happen much after the honeymoon period either.

Pecks here mostly. But I agree that proper kissing can go a long way to keep the intimacy alive.

I miss snogging, it's mostly pecks these days.

DH has nerve damage (broken jaw a few years ago which makes his lip feel funny) so he is not keen
