to worry over the plight of the Vegimals?

DS calls them "the servers," which got me thinking: Are we to believe that these poor creatures are acting solely out of some intense, altruistic desire to please the Octonauts like some kind of nuns of the sea? Hmm Or could it be something more sinister slavery, perhaps? And what just what is Miomi trying to imply with their half-vegetable lineage?

Could this be setting a Shock Bad Example for the Children?

When we are being Octonauts at home, DS always makes sure DD (a baby) is included, but she has to be Tunip.

(I am Peso, DS is Kwaazi or Barnacles and DP is Shellington)

I get to be Dashy. DS is Kwaazi or Barnacles (depending on whether he can find his eyepatch or not) and 13 months old DD gets to be Inkling.

I like the fact that Kwazi lifts his eye patch up when he needs to take a proper look at things.

Now I think of it, it's a very poignant point as I can't look at things properly anymore thanks to Jareth Sad
